I might take a look at this 2004 vette and it has the Knight drive headlights but one of lights on both sides isn't on. Is this a feature where you can turn off a bulb or is the bulb burnt out?

Yes, the inner light is the High Beam. All 6 are on for High Beam, only the outer ones are on for low beam.
Those look to be properly installed at the correct opening height. There are bezels coming within the next few months. Check out the Knight Drive Facebook page for more info.
One thing I didn't know before buying these: The high beams are ineffective, they don't add any range or intensity down the road. They're another pair of low beam lights, just angled slightly higher.

Do you have the relay kit that lights up all six lights, on high beam?
Yes, but they're just two more of the same lights. They're wide pattern lights. I think Damian said they're just aimed 2 degrees higher. You get more light in front of the car, but you can't see any further down the road.

I'd really like to retire in "Bernie" or helotes some day. My better half is from SA and I enjoyed the heck out of it when we would annually visit her parents out there. Got several more years in the rat race before anything like that can happen though
