Please give some details on the install. Seats to floor and wiring details would be great. They look great.

Very nice and adds some much needed color to the interior. I think I would add a few more red highlights if it were my car - I always liked the mod red interiors.

Looks awesome, thanks for sharing these pictures. I also just picked up some C7 seats, and I'll be doing this soon. I noticed you have not trimmed the side covers on the seat at where they might interfere with the lower retractor mounting on the C5. Does your car have enough room? Or maybe no plans to adjust them all the way rearward? Just curious.

Looks great! Definitely on my list of projects. I was curious about how the red would look on an otherwise all black car, such as mine. Thanks for sharing

I’ve never wanted to cut the plastic cover I think that looks awful, the trick is to cut the bracket that holds the cover in the back so it can be pushed closer to the seat so you can use all the travel available, I know I’ve to paint that screw in black before you ask. Good luck

Cool, this is good to know. I didn't want to cut my side cover either and I'm glad you share this bit of information. Thank you.

They are fine if you don't need the seats to go back more than that however for me to fit (6ft) my seats needed to go further back and that piece binds up with the seatbelt retractor cover and limits movement. I had to take the seat back out and cut the bezel for the seat to move back. Its not something that you'll notice unless you know the install or its pointed out

I can tell that my seats can go all the way back on both sides without cutting the plastic cover, maybe your seats or car are different or it can be mine who knows.

Mine would bind up and make creaking sounds without cutting, seems like some do and dome don't.

I really like the red seats, though, look really good. If my car wasn't yellow, I'd have gone red.
Now that I have seats, i see lots of C7 seats for sale near me, saw a red pair for $700 and 2 black pairs. I'm half tempted to buy the red pair

Thank you, if they are in great condition $700.is cheap for a nice pair although shipping cost can be a deal breaker if they aren’t local. I wouldn’t go red in a yellow car if it were mine black or charcoal looks better and really pop with yellow. Cheers

^ unrelated, but do you also own that c6ZR1 in your avatar, cap? That's my dream machine but the way they're appreciating, I'll likely have to settle for a c7 Z06 when I am ready to buy

They are local but yeah, I don't want read seats in a yellow car. Not interested in the ronald mcdonald look, that's why I didn't go with red calipers. Im curious how well this leather will wear as the C5 leather looked like crap after a very short time. I'm wondering If I need a spare set or a set to get reupholstered in a better material
