Our website is encountering an odd issue involving shipping rate calculations with UPS. Some customers simply do not see UPS as a shipping option. I've been working on this issue for about a week now and it seems to work intermittently. To ensure customers can continue to place orders, I have activated USPS shipping as an option which appears for everyone.
If you STILL would like your order shipped UPS Ground, I will match the USPS priority mail rate. To get UPS if not able to select in the shipping options, there is a special instructions box at checkout. After selecting Priority mail for shipping, go to the special instructions box and type "UPS Ground Shipping Please".
If you need faster shipping, please email me and I can setup something faster manually.
