Looks like an ACI (American Customs Industries) low profile wing. Top Flight and Corvette Guys carry it. And I love the two tasteless cross flag stickers and extra badge on the tail end of that Z06. So dumb.
Nothing like having a few holes to fill requiring a repaint if you remove that ugly thing.
This car been ran through, 7 owners reported on the carfax so one of them had to do it eventually.
7 owner's! Yikes. Who knows what you'll be getting yourself into with that. I've never purchased a car or motorcycle with more than 3 owners. And I own a 1985 V-Max and 1929 Model A. I shy away from vehicles that have had so many dirty booger fingers up in them before mine. But good luck if you go for it!
I was using that car as an example, I'm looking at a base 2001 with the same wing, only 2 owners luckily. I wouldn't go near that z06 either.
Now I'm following. Two owner car is a good sign. Even with a gnarly wing on the back IF the price is right. If the price is typical and you know you're taking that wing off. The price goes up to fill the holes and repaint or replace the tail. Something you'll need to consider unless you're doing the work yourself.

likely just taped on. Lighter fluid can remove them fast.
