Saw a video on YouTube where a guy had fuel gauge issues and plugged his scanner in.
I was pretty impressed that his scanner showed what each fuel tank level was as with simulated gauges on the scanner, and I do realize those simulated gauges could be wrong if the senders are dirty/not reading correctly.
Cannot find the video again to look up that scanner, do any of you have a scanner that will let you read each fuel tank level?
There are MANY scan tools by different manufacturers that will do this...Launch, Autel, Topdon, Bosch, Snap On....about $500.00 will get you a good aftermarket bidirectional scan tool...don't buy a cheap code reader...they are basically useless....if you want to be a Chinese clone Tech 2 you can do that.
