Another new Z06 owner
Just bought a 2003 blk/blk Z06 after having a 2003 C5 convert....wow, the difference is awsome....I am hoping someone can reccomend an exhaust system replacement that offers a bit more growl then the stock system and not to mention a bit more HP...I've looked at Corsa, Borla, B&B, but I'd like to hear from others first before I modify....

Welcome and congrats! I personally like the Borla Stingers. I have them on my coupe and soon to be on my new Z. They have a very deep rumble on acceleration, but are not annoying at cruising speed.

Welcome to the Forum, a great place to get all the answers! :yesnod: Check in with some of the super guys in Florida. You will be able to hear any exhaust system. The Members in Florida are frquently doing good stuff and would be happy to help with your choice.

Thanks....nice car also!! Looks like mine but without the mods...yet....I am about to go thru a Z06 performance mod which includes: Vortex Ram Air onduction box, vortex power duct with silicone coupler, bpp ported throttle body. throttle body coolant by-pass,msd performance plug wires, beru spark plugs bpp x-pipe and a suggested corsa 3.5 exhaust...not sure what all this means, but they say it will boost HP up to 450........wasn't sure about the corsa, but other members here said it was good....most seem to prefer the borl stingers....any suggestions would be appriciated.....

Thanks for your reply! You made me laugh, after only one week, I'm going crazy keeping this car polished and fingerprint feee....My convert was the new spiral grey and much easier to keep clean.....unfortunately someone hit me from behind so I traded it for the Z.....but it is beautiful! Thanks again!
