Wheel Sizes
'03 Z06 - Will need new tires this coming year and obviously not a lot of choices in factory sizes.
Looking at some Flow 1 wheels - 19x8.5 - 52mm offset & 19x10.5 - 54mm offset - Considering 275/30r19 & 305/30r19's
Would this combination work?

A 19x8.5 front wheel with +52 offset will fit fine. So will a 19x10.5 rear wheel, with +54 offset.
As for tires, a 275/30/19 is a little narrow for an 8.5" width wheel. I would suggest either a 255 or 265.
A 305/30/19 would be an excellent size, on a 19x10.5 rear.

I have Flo one wheels. Yes, discontinued.
19x10.5 rear 305/30 tire +54 offset
rear pokes like 1/8 inch if you care. Can’t even notice it unless your looking.
18x9.5 front 275/35 tire. +50 offset
the package looks pretty mean on the car. If you can find the 9.5 wide wheel, awesome, but the 255 would work fine on the 8.5 in the front.
