I used RoadRunner about two years ago to ship mine from Florida to Texas. I chose to go enclosed. I believe they contract out to haulers. The guy that picked up mine was great as was his tractor and trailer. The company provided me with a contact person and then put the driver in touch with me when he was about a day out so that we could coordinate a time and a place for the delivery. This has been my only experience with having a car delivered so I don’t know if all of their haulers are this good or not. Probably best to check them out as well as a number of others that you are likely to have recommended by members. Best of luck. This was the tractor/trailer.

GM uses reliable for their heritage cars.

You get what you pay for in hauling most times.

+1 for Reliable. My Father currently has a recent purchase in the cue. Just so you are aware their time frame is 3 weeks out for my Dad's transport so adjust your schedule and expectations accordingly.

I have to agree with Reliable. Friend drove for them for years, he had some pretty sweet rides over that time. There is a reason a lot of big name companies use them.

I just shipped a coupe from Vegas to CT enclosed tractor trailer for $1250. Direct driver company was Sterling Transport. Middle man was We Are Transport On Demand.

I was perfectly happy with every part of the transaction.
