I had a brain 'fart' understanding the install Hi-4 Harness instructions I contacted Radioflyer innovations where I bought it and was helped making everything work. Although I avoid driving at night in the Vette, when I do the added lighting with both low and high beams on together with upgraded bulbs make a difference on dark roads without any major change to the lighting fixture.
