So this is about 5 miles from my house, a good friend of mine works there, I took it for a test drive, runs and drive's great, so I offered a trade in my Chrysler 300 2016 which is paid for and they offered 11.000 and payments for the next 4-5 years around 250.00 depending how much I can spend. I don't know a lot about these years so Im asking the experts here, do i bite the bullet and have a new bill to pay? Or is this just a waste? What say you?

Now, 73k MILES is not a tremendous amount for this car, but you will still have to do the basic maintenance (all fluids, balancer if it hasn't been done, etc.). The CarFax also shows this is a 1-owner car, and dealer serviced, which is nice.
As far of the price, it is slightly higher than what I would pay. This is a 2000 automatic. I would say a fair price is about ~$15k.
$11,000 trade in.
$12,000 in payments if you go $250x48 months. I am guessing that includes tax/tags/fees. They are probably also charging you a ridiculous "processing fee".
So in 4 or 5 years, you are going to have $21K into a car that's likely going to be worth $8K or so, depending on the miles and condition. While I also own a 2000 Corvette that was originally my Father's, the 2001-2004 C5s are a better years to buy. You could find out about that in the Sticky Posts.
PLUS, you are going to have maintenance items and things that break on a 25 year old car.
IMHO, not a smart move.
Remember, someone traded that in, and they MIGHT have given them $10K on trade. They are laughing all the way to the bank on this deal.
And your profile says Pacific Northwest. Most of that area has snowfall, as well as a lot of rain days. How much are you really going to be able to enjoy the car?
