Are you thinking that where you purchase an item has a direct correlation to the quality of the item 100% of the time? That's not true.
Any seller could be selling any item. That item might be good quality or bad quality. There is no way to tell from the given data.

Something not to cheap out on is a good quality roof. If you go cheap you risk trouble with fit, quality it will last and failure.
your car is worthless in the rain with a bad roof.
Also consider your electronics are on the floor.
I got caught in 3 inches of rain in 20 min. It was the first rain since I bought the car. Not a single leak in this major rain even. It was heavier than any car wash. If I had a leak it would have been ugly.
