Default Am I missing wiring?

I continue to work on my 1999 C5. The Front suspension is done, and now I am trying to tackle some of the "gremlins." - You guys have been an awesome source of knowledge. I am still trying to figure out
the wiper problem, but I think I am getting close. I am replacing my side markers with digital markers. The driver's side marker looks exactly as I would suspect, but the passenger side does not.
Is the passenger different, or am I missing a connector?
Pictures attached. Again, thanks for the wealth of knowledge.

If it is on the rear wiring harness, then that lead goes to the Licence Plate light/s Or the Third brake light.

If your at that point , I'd get my T15 torx screwdriver and take all tail light out and get a good LED light that will fit in there, and see if there 1. Is any past Bodywork and 2. See if your wiring is tucked in somewhat not easily seen by the naked eye. You have 2. 194 lights that light up the License plate and one lead that goes to the third brake light which is another small bulb, and I'd pull out the whole wiring harness on both sides. That will allow you to make sure all the lights like the rear marker lights, and the before mentioned light and their holders are in good working order.

Will Do, Thanks for the help.
I am dropping the car of tomorrow morning to get the front-end aligned after all the work I've done on the suspension and then I guess it is back to all the little electrical "gremlins"
I appreciate the help.. I will let you guys know how it goes and take pictures!
