Those look good. I have become a long time fan of Morimoto for the quality of their ballasts, so I wouldn't mind trying their projectors.
These fit OEM brackets and slots decently? I'm guessing there must be a thread on the conversion on the forum here?
I have gone as far as adding the oem fogs from my dead coupe to the Z06 but the lenses have the typical mid miles pitting and I am uncertain if they have cutoffs or not. I do have some pretty bright crees set up for them currently and their own harnesses / switch system.
Did you use the Sharp Light Innovations brackets or factory OEM? Also did you modify it to fit with the Tigershark front end?
what you see in the above pic is the black factory bracket bent/modified to fit fog lights to the tigershark front end.
the black OEM bracket is bent and bolted to mount with the silver bracket which is provided by TS. the silver bracket came with my TS front end kit (kit was ordered with fog lights)
i don't know if you can buy the silver brackets from the TS manufacturer seperately.
also, i believe sharplight brackets are the same as OEM C5. you need both black and silver brackets to have fog lights on a TS front end.
Thanks for the info Tigershark brother! I was one of the first customers that bought from the Tigershark store and had to add a metal piece to my PIAA fog lights. Looking to upgrade them with better fog lights from today.
1. Morimoto LED fog lights - LED powered crisp white fog lights that fit the C5 opening. Great pattern and easy to install.
2. Dedicated LED DRL lights - If you really don't NEED fog lights, these are a great option to add visibility to your low-profile car clearly visible during the daytime. Fully automatic and integrates with your turn signals.
3. Dual-Function LED - Cant decide between fog or dedicated DRL? Have both. Yellow fog pattern and white sport DRL pattern
