Default C5 Newbie
I've been fortunate enough to own several Corvettes (72, 79, 86, 88). I've had the bug lately and found what I consider a really nice C5. Its a 2004 Convertible 6 speed. The 6 speed hooked me when I saw it. It just turned 52000 miles. It's old enough to buy beer, so I'm well aware it's going to have issues. I always loved the C5, especially when it was released. When the C6 came out, I liked it, but it didn't appeal to me like the C5 did. I have driven for just 2 days. While I've had some surprises, I do have to say I have had more joy driving than I have in quite some time. This is definitely the best bang for the buck in a Corvette.
