Deterioration of the plug wires, comes from heat cycling more than anything else, and on this particular car, with such low miles, hasn't had that much heat cycling to deteriorate the plug wires.

But, you know what? The OP can do as he wishes, it's his car, not anyone else's.

dont forget to also always carry a bit of bulb grease, diaelectric grease as well, insulate those wires and protect from seizure , and it goes on bulbs and such as you go replace for maintenance

Yes the plugs can stick in some cases with time and age. The wires will get brittle either heat. Even with low miles high temps from driving hard or driving in high temp regions.

I know done if you may have to pay someone to go this but if you go it yourself it is not expensive. No excuse not to do it.
