That's an amazing feat, how many miles on it in 28 years?
54000 miles. I don’t put many miles on it because my plan was to keep the vette long term. I have updated all the systems and kept the interior in stock condition. I could have driven it into the ground but that was not my plan. I enjoy this car when the time comes in my own way. I’m not here to meet anyones expectations but my own.

Interesting, I purchased my C5 in 2001 with the idea that it would be my daily driver and the LAST car that I would purchase. Now at 306,000 miles and in great condition. Go drive the car!
Congrats. It's an amazing feeling to own a single vehicle that long as I'm coming up on 22 years with my 2004 C5 convertible. Florida Antique tags are 30 years so I should arrive at antique status about the same time my C5 does in 2034.

Just takes care and maintenance.
I have never been in a position to keep any car for that long, but admire those that do.

Here in Pa Antique plates are good at 25 year. I think I’m going to keep this custom plate that I’ve had since day one. You can see the year tag of 2000 when this picture was taken.
Bought my 99 on Sept 28, 1998.........Love this car, I could not leave it stock though.......
Mine’s not stock either. Ls6 intake, Ls6 MAF, tune, larger tunnel ram. B&B PRTs. And things I can’t remember anymore. Car runs and looks better than the day I drove it off the show room floor
