Two gorgeous cars. We grant “the eye of the beholder” and all that, but we think the C5 FRC is the most beautiful Corvette body style to date. All are free to disagree, but those who do are simply wrong.

I agree, cheap now but time will tell. I owned an FD RX 7 R 1 package and sold after 20+ years of ownership. C5 purchased due to similar looks and easier maintenance and repair procedures( nearest shop over 8 hours away). I know they built a lot more C5 vettes ...but more parts and resources available when things go wrong.Plus I think the body style still holds up quite well.
