I think you need to have a TikTok account and the app installed on your phone. I copied/pasted the link into a
browser on my phone and it asked to open the app and the video played. Admin can take this post down if desired….

I also don't have an account with TikTok or the app but I just pasted the link in my browser and it opened up. The sound was muted so I had to type M to turn the sound on. It's worth a watch
