Default Do You Recognize This C5?

I just bought an awesome pristine 2002 C5. It has lots on mods. Trying to find out who worked on it in the Lake Elsinore, CA area. This car was owned by the late Bob Seibold who was a record holding power lifter. Does anyone recognize this car?

Thank you! Its quite surprising to find a 24 year old car in such pristine condition with only 45,000 miles. The only thing I needed to do was put fresh tires on it (Continental Extreme Contact Sport 2 @ 275 - 40 - 17 and 295 -35 - 18; and replace the stock halogen headlamps with LasFIT LED. There is really nothng else this car needs! It is literally perfect. Sweet dated analog dashboard. I love it!
