ATTN Sharp Light Innovations: Website Hiccups
Our web-hosting company is doing some server and other technical issue changes on the back end. Some of these changes have resulted in issues where a customer may encounter a "shipping method not found" error at checkout preventing an order from being placed. This is NOT an issue with your address. Some items have periodically had their shipping details deleted as a result of back-end changes. I can manually enter this information, but I do not know when each item has had it's data deleted. If you encounter this issue, please email me directly: president@sharplightinnovations.com and send me a screenshot of your cart. I will check the items have the correct shipping information and get back with you asap.
