A couple months ago I wrecked my 2007 vert z51 auto. Old post on c6 forum. Totalled. So I bought another vette. 2002 c5 vert 37k miles. Auto. Excellent cond. $20 k. Working out some minor issues. Got cigarette lighter adaptor for bluetooth connectivity. Works great. Fixed power antenna with new "cable". Trying to get 12 cd changer to work. Will address in another post. This c5 handles waaaaay better than the c6. Could be the drop in hp. In any case I love it. Paint must have some kinda ceramic coating or something 'cuzz it looks like it was just block sanded and is incredibly shiny. AnywY here are a couple pics. Totally stock.
Nice car! Two years ago, I bought a 2002 vert with 51k miles and like it. Would love it except it is an A4 and not a six speed which I was replacing. This year I had to change the shift cable and oil pressure sending unit, both common failure points. 350HP is fine for an old guy like me. Good luck with your new ride.

Now to replace your awful stock shift ****! Check out twisted shifterz for a 15 minute modification to a sweet ball **** with adapter! They have dozens to choose from and the swap is really simple.

I gotta get some type of good cleaner for that cloth top. Worse thing on the whole outside of car is a top with some black dirt. Car has some type of coating on it like ceramic so I have to find something that won't streak or damage it. Any suggestions ?
