Default Replace one or two rear tires?

The car currently has 15,000 miles and I have to replace a left rear after loosing pressure a ruining the sidewall. The right side tire was replaced a 2,200 miles and I am wondering if I should replace just the left, or both tires and then use the good right tire if I need a replacement in the future....?

The right rear has about 6/32 remaining.

Thanks,
Paul.

Always two tires at the same time. The fact that the wear on the tires is uneven might indicate a problem
