Bigger injectors are only useful if you mod your car, I have many bolt ons and run 30 lb injectors, with tuning these will help, but the stock injectors are good for about 425-450 flywheel hp. :)

I increased my injectors from stock 24Lbs to 27lbs on my 96 C4 LT1, and had great results with HP improvements. Adding an aftermarket intake system, such as a reverse intake (for better cold air flow) and a quality fuel pressure regulator will also help in increasing the HP.

Larger injectors will NOT increase power. However on the 02 and 03 Z06 the stock injectors are running near 100% duty cycle (for emissions reasons, it gives a better spray), so if you do even minor mods you will be at or over the duty cycle. Combine that with warn air in the TB and the PCM will pull timing. So the result of having injectors too small may rob power, but larger ones will not increase power. And the timing "issue" is not there on a stock motor.

I was wondering why nobody uses bigger injectors, Its a simple mod that should help gain HP & torqe
