I just put an S2 on mine. Beautiful polishing! It seems like the engine is smoother now. The car seems to have more torque right off idle. I can't comment on SOTP performance increase, because the temperature here in Conn. went from 20 degrees to 65 degrees while Shaner had the TB. Obviously the HP took a nose dive, so I can't compare!

I didn't drive the car yet but I doubt that I will feel a difference. If I am able to shave a real & consistent 1/10 off my slips then I will be happy.

I really doubt it, but I did not check things out yet with my scanner. It rained/wet snowed all weekend and I did not drive the car.

TLM, There is no tuning necessary after the Shaner S2. It is on the order of a Vortex or Vararam, just install it and go. I mean look, it is a polished TB, how much difference can it make? I have seen dyno's of 5 hp and 10 torque, mainly in the midrange.

And it would be really nice to see some dyno #'s.
Most company's are claiming around 5 hp increases for a ported TB.
Is the S2 comparable in price and increases???????
