Finally!
Well...after trying for so long. I made six runs at Capital Raceway in Crofton, Md. They were: 12.36/12.35/12.05/12.19/11.98@117.63/and 12.12. My first (but not the last) foray into the 11's! :hurray: Turned a 1.83 60'. A camaro with h/c/intake/exhaust/hoosier slicks/skinnies up front was in the other lane. Before the trip down the track, he was real friendly..talking some smack about nice Z06, etc...etc. He took the holeshot from me. 1.73 to my 1.83. He had about a car length on me, by the 1/8, I had caught up to him. by 1000, I had a car and a half on him. I turned 11.98. He turned a 12.26@110. I was coming down the return road and the track official stopped me and told me to open up my hood and trunk. Then he asked me if I was spraying! :eek: Not me...N/A all the way!! :yesnod: He told me since I didn't have a rollbar, I needed to let off about the 1000' mark and if I turned another 11, he had to throw me off the track!! Made my Day!!! :cheers: More 11's on the way! Ranger is my HERO!! :thumbs:
