Bye, bye S2000--Hello EB Z06!
My signature says it all. When my 9-year-old son and I drove my Honda S2000 (trade-in) to the dealer last week to pick up our new Z06, the trip was 3.5 miles. The trip home in the Z06 was 50 miles.
About halfway through the trip home, I executed one of those "perfect" 3-2, blip-the-throttle downshifts, and my son said, "Dad, that's my favorite sound!" It was one of those father-son moments where we really connected, and I'll never forget it. Actually, it's a funny thing; he's never really shown much interest in street cars until now.
This Z06 ownership thing is going to be pretty interesting, I think ...

Welcome, Good move on your part. You thought the S2000 had some get up and go.......just you wait until you press that loud pedal to the floor on mile 501 after break in. :eek: :cheers:
