Default Mud flaps or another choice

I live in Germany working for the American Embassy and need to get some protection immediately for my car from the small rocks that the Germans put on their roads during the winter. The quarter panels behind all wheels look like they have been sandblasted almost. So before I get the car repainted in these areas I need to get some protection. I have read about mud flaps or cleartastic, and need to know which is best and then where to buy them. Here in Germany it not just run down to your local automotive shop and buy unless you speak German (I don't), so would appreciate assistance. If it is mud flaps what size and who has them. Thanks to all for your help.

Ecklers has the mud flaps. I have the cheaper version, lexan, because my car is black they blend just fine. They have a couple other options as well.

I bought black plastic mudflaps that require fiberglass drilling.
Installation went smooth and they look alright. I also installed them on top of clearastic for exptra protection.
