[Z06] 2002/2001 differences?

2002/2001 differences?
Can you please save me the time to research this? Besides HP, what are the "MAJOR" differences? I found a California 2001 Z06 with 20K miles on it for $34K. Sounds suspiciously low ...or is that what they're going for now? Silver...my least favorite out of all of 'em...just my opinion. Silver mercedes or porsche, yes. Silver vette...ehh.. anyways, i'm going to check out the car tonight.

2002 - more HP and torque, beefier clutch, suspension tuning, metal links for roll bars, HUD, stock air box cover opened up more, wheels spun cast ('02), not forged ('01), can't think of anything else off the top of my head.
The price for the '01 is in the "average" ball park - nothing untoward for that kind of mileage.
