vortex ram air sqeel
I recently installed the vortex ram air on my '02 Z06. The permormance gains I am getting are consistant .25 and 2.5mph in the quarter. However, I noticed when I apply light to moderate throttle there is a squeeling noise heard, very similar to a break squeel. I figure that it is air building up by the throttle-body and when I press on the throttle the air is forced over the plate and makes the squeeling noise. Does this sound accurate to anyone or does anybody else experience this? Does anyone have a quick fix?

Happens to my other car, yes its normal most custom air intakes make that sound, it did it on 2 of my cars with custom intakes don't worry ;)

I have one and I can 'barely' hear the whine of better airflow into the manifold. I would check the seal of the box, also the filter to the bridge and the bridge to the duct and the duct to the manifold if applicable.
