I have a 2003 Z06. On Saturday I had a problem where the car would stall repeatedly while trying to pull out of a gas station. The only thing I saw was a message on the DIC telling me to remove the key for 10 secs. After I did that the car started fine.

Is this a column lock issue? I didn't notice if the column was actually locked or not nor did I see a message about the column on the DIC.

I want to know if this is something I should have looked at or not.

Nah, you can't move car on a straight line once you have CL problem.
Sound like you have a dirty key or something.
