You don't want the sway bars hooked up during the alignment process. If hooked up, they can change the corner weights and cross weight of the car. You don't want any preload in the bar due to the links being misadjusted.
Aren't 2 kits available from GM another that had fewer parts? I was planning on poly bushings and thus would not need the A arms. Also can you run stock sway bar end links?
My car is not being built for any class rules just track days and fun :steering: The Z51 is WAY to soft for me.
I have the T-1 bars and coilovers. Car has been lowered to recommended track height and balanced. Can you say 1.12 G's with no cross talk.
Runs circles around other things, while they are letting of the throttle and getting nervous, I am still going. Of course the 500 h.p does not hurt.
Braking also increased dramatically with lowered car and better suspension.
Getting it set-up well took about three months. Also, I had to put side rails and front mini-wheels to protect the car.
As far a ride, for the most part the occasional rattle does bother me and ride is fine for the road. I have over 33,000 miles on mine. Mine was one first 185 and the first dealer delivered in California. So I have, quite of bit of seat time in the car. Take it over 100 m.p.h. every time out.
I am planing on getting it to 1.18 g's sometime soon with a new street tire combo that is coming out.

Re: T1 Suspension Kit (seanr)
Seanr as far as I have learned on the forum the geometry is the same / the control arms are exactly the same. The rubber is not as hard as the poly either. You would gain no benefit from what I understand to be true. I would check with David Farmer or LGM to confirm. Gary Hoffman would know also. You could put Delrin bushings, talk to Gary H.
