There is no 'black magic' to wheel balancing.
Z06 wheels are wide and require dynamic balancing.
Pinch on weights will damage your aluminum wheels. Have pinch-ons removed as soon as you drive off the car lot. Find a shop that uses stick-on inner and outer weights.
If that doesn't take care of your vibration, your rims and/or tires are defective.
GM starts with new tires and rims. That's the secret.
