While mine does burn oil (it's going in this month for the fix), it also just put down 350RWHP with just the zip tie mod. :smash: :D

that low load hi RPM causes a little ring flutter which allows the oil to blow by

Tony is right, if you down shift into corners you get ring flutter and burn oil. Not enough to warent new rings for me, but each to there own. Don't let anyone tell you the 01 isen't a steller car, it is. Mine ran an 11.9x with the stock lid and tires! The 02's are just a scosh faster, and I liked the electron blue. Ric

I have had to add one quart of oil between oil changes and I have 20,600 miles on mine. I change the oil when the DIC gets to less than 5%. :cheers:
