Did it on mine back in march and it's run fine since (and it's a daily driver). I just had it dynoed, and with the zip tie mod, no maf screen, and gutted pup cats it put down 350RWHP. Not sure how much of that is from descreening the maf, but GM's figure was like 2HP for the 02+ Z06. Anyway, it doesn't hurt driveability and every little bit helps.
