Z06 High Idle code set check engine light still on
We have a 2003 Z06 with a problem. Only mod is the CAGS eliminator. On the Z's virgin voyage to Nashville/Bowling Green got a check engine light. Dealer in that area scanned it and said it was a high speed idle but nothing to worry about. They also said couldn't clear check engine light with CAGS disconnected. Is that true? sounds fishy to me. Can anyone tell me now to clear the code and get rid of the check engine light without taking it in to the dealer? Yes I could reconnect the CAGS but how would I then clear the code to turn out the check engine light? Your help would be appreciated. Thanks

I've had a few error codes but was always able to clear them. !CAGS from day one...
