[Z06] WHICH CAR WOULD YOU BUILD?

I want the power to be there all the time(no n2o) so how much every day power does 15k buy in a vette these days?
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
I would build up a camaro, firebird, or mustang.
building up a vette/viper to be some power monger drag queen is a waste of a capable suspension.

Maybe so but the looks have to go with the power. Would you like to drive a
mustang around all day? :lolg:
 :smash: I would love to have a SL65 when they come to the states. We will all have something to be worried about then. I think a MB would be a little too cicilized for me though. Plus you would only be able to get around 550rwhp out of one I would guess. Speaking of Chrysler, I saw one of those new Crossfires the other night. It was black and it looked good!! Have you seen one yet?

for the cash, i would build the schitt out of a late 60's-70's big block.
of course, a vette with that power is sweet but for half the price and having huge balzz, i'd probably build up an oldie.
and then keep a nice capable vette for cruisin around town.

Do the Z06 imo, but...Then again, I'm not a Viper fan at all, especially when guys around my area act like they're gods in them and snub their noses at my Z06. Find a respectable machine shop, order the parts yourself for a 427 or 436, and have them build it for you. Install yourself. Trailer to a tuner... :yesnod: That's fun.
I'd say you're actually throwing your money away if all you want to do is street race. Who are you trying to impress?
Buy another car, and make it your trailer vehicle. Set it up for road racing or drag racing, whichever you prefer...and there you go. You now have a race car, which is apparently what you want for the street anyways, but now you'll at least have a place to use it...The Track.
I don't understand why the occassional ride to/fro work, and a street race requires 600rw. Not to sound like everyone's mother here, but you can upgrade without going too far.
