[Z06] LG longtube headers

LG longtube headers
I know that the LG lt headers are stainless steel but what I want to know do they run cooler than a set of other brands lt headers with the heat coating.

A set of headers, regardless of their length, w/ a quality coating will run cooler than a set w/o. Don't fool yourself, though. All headers run hot. I am missing finger prints to back this up. :lol:

The stainless stell construction of the headers retains heat better than coated mild steel. The only reason to add coating to our stainless headers (which some have done) is just for appearance purposes.
