Can you believe this, my 2003 Z06 only has 250 miles on it and already has a coolant leak at the hose connection near the coolant tank. It's not spraying out but slowly bubbling out when the car is up to temperature. I noticed GM used a clamp that you can't tighten (unlike the C4's). So now I wondering how to fix it, without taking it to a dealership.
Upon closer inspection today, I also notice the bottom hose in the coolant tank has a very slight leak. I was able to get the top hose to stop leaking but if I wiggled the hose the coolant would leak.
Is this GM Corvette quality? Anyone else have coolant leaks?
I not sure , but I think this is the first time I've heard of a coolant leak. If I understand you correctly, it not on the radiator, its on the coolant (white plastic) overflow tank. If it's on the coolant overflow tank it's most likely some plastic flashing not removed when the hose was pressed on. Either way you should take it in, the engine likes its coolant!! :seeya
I have no love for dealership with regards to repairs. The last time I took another vehicle in they had to replace a radiator under warranty. When I went to pick it up I noticed they forgot to replace several bolts, scratched the top crossmember and scuffed the side door. And that was on a brand new car! I was hot about it. While they did offer to correct things, all I let them do was to put the bolts back in.

Re: Coolant Leak (Shylor)
If you don't want to take the car in you will need to drain the recovery tank and remove the clamps & hoses. Inspect for damage. If no damage found reinstall the hoses using regular worm-screw hose clamps. Refill the recovery tank with DexCool.
I apologize for your troubles with your Z06. Put the clamp on; see if that fixes the leak. If it does not, remove the recovery tank like rbartick suggested and go from there. Good luck.
