I have downloaded the 130 mph and 150 mph Club rules and entry form. If I have understood it, if someone attempts to join the 130 mph Club he cannot exceed 141 mph, and in the attempt to join the 150 mph Club he cannot exceed 160 mph.
What is necessary to go as fast as your car will go?
On a flat surface no.
Our speedometers are not 100% accurate, keep that in mind. Thus an indicated 175 is not anywhere near a real 175 mph.
All speedometers from the factory are off.
More important what will Your rpm be when You shift into 6th gear?
I will guess around 5,200 rpm which will mean Your torque will start to drop .
You may be able to go beyond the 170 mark but 200 just takes soo much power.

You can't, you don't have the horsepower to do it. HP must increase exponetionally for each MPH increase. Let's look at the Ferrari 360 a car similar in weight and HP to ours(400hp 3064lbs, top speed 183), but has much, much better aerodynamics, that is where the difference is. Gear ratio calculations leave out a LOT of other real world varibles; aerodynamics and friction being the big two.
A) HP needs to increase cubicly (x**3) NOT exponentially (const**x)
B) 360 has worse aerodynamic coefficient than the Vette (barely)!
C) 360 has less frontal area--this is what does the trick!
D) top speed in the Vet is redline limited in 5th
F) top speed is HP limited in the 360
G) the only part of the 360 that is aerodynamically better is the underbody aerodynamics (which creates downforce and drag)
Designer Imagines A Corvette That Looks More Like a Corvette Than the Corvette
Slideshow: A Jaguar designer's personal project imagines what a modern front-engined Corvette might look like if Chevrolet revisited the golden age of the Stingray.
