[Z06] 2 quick questions please.........

2 quick questions please.........
My 2002 Electron blue Z06 has arrived. Pics will come soon. 911 miles on
the odo. Now 2 simple questions:
1. The underhood light seems to be out. The bulb is o-k and I can't find
any blown fuses. Does anyone know which fuse this guy runs off of ??
2. Do Z06's come with locking lugs ??
I had heard early ones did, and late ones did not. My car is #27772, which
is late production.......

My coupe has the same problem with the hood light........bulb is OK....but something is amiss anyone have insight into this problem..

Locking lugs were discontinued during the '02 model year. Mine came without them from the factory.
As far as the underhood light goes, I can't be much help, sorry.

For the light if you checked the fuse and everything is connected them it is probably the light itself. I has an internal switch so it knows when the hood is up or down and it is probably broke. Another trip to the dealer !!!!

Most GM mechanics will unplug the hood light when they work on cars even though ours automatically goes out after 15 minutes, shows how much they know about our cars.

You hit the nail on the head. I found the pig-tail under the hood
unplugged when I looked today..... I've only had the car a week
and I didn't see it previously...... Ya' gotta get at least 2 or 3 coats
of Zaino on it before anything else don't ya' !!!!!!!!
