[Z06] Kink in Driver Door

Kink in Driver Door
I have noticed then when I close the Driver door from the totally opened position I feel a "kink" upon closing. Not the normal smooth closing that is felt with the passenger side door. Could it be a faulty hinge or something? It is pretty annoying and is there an easy way to fix it? Thanks!

There is a spring loaded arm by the hinges that keeps the door from closing on your leg. Mine was exactly the same. Spray some lube and it will be cured, if that is the problem.

Just be careful with the amount of lube you spray in there, I sprayed a bunch of lube in one of my other cars and the inside of the car smelled like lube for weeks! Yuck!
