I can see the 2 left ones being at a different height than the 2 right ones but if they are all at different heights, go complain to the dealer. Hopefully, they will fix your problem.

Steve...three options.
1 - I do not recommend....take a broom handle insert into tail pipe and bend.
2 - Highly recommend...When the muffler bolts to the exhaust flange with two bolts. Dremil tool the lower of the circular holes oblong. Install the upper bolt and then twist the muffler into alignment and re-bolt tight. You can typically reuse the gasket at the flange.
3 - Highly recommend...(and easy) The rubber muffler hanger at the rear bolting to the bumper reinforcement. You can shim this between the rubber and the rein. to adjust height on both sides as need be.
