[Z06] best sounding exhaust?

best sounding exhaust?
I have to buy an exhaust system this week I just need the pipe that goes over the axel and the mufflers please post your opinion nuthing much louder than stock but sounds good ..... and if you know the where i can get a set for a good price.... thanks

I just bought the Stingers (still waiting for them). I heard them on my neighbors car and loved the sound! Most people will say to hear them all before making a choice. If you search the forum you can find some links to sound files (not nearly as good as live, but at least gives you some idea).

Almost everything out there is louder then stock. And louder usually sounds better. That is probably the number one reason most C/O there's. Some systems add a little more HP too. Good luck.

If you want loud and mean then B&B Bullets are the ticket. (sounds like the old big block chevy with the classic turbo mufflers) just my 2 cents.

I'm Oysihdog's negihbor. The stingers are great, but so are the BB PRTs and the new BB bullets. Yeah them before you buy them. I just got LT headers w/ hiflo cats installed and it's amazing!

Borla Stingers are the best! If you want a muscle car sound then this is the way to go! Its not as raw as some straight pipe versions, but meaner than the Corsa's.

Actually there is no such thing. How something sounds is strictly personal. It's like trying to say which speakers are best. Many subjective qualities are involved.
