[Z06] Wheel hop

Wheel hop
When I accelerate hard in first and second my tires start to spin, when they spin they start to hop and make the car shedder. What do I need to do to stop the wheel hop especially in second gear.

I would try tire pressure first because it is the easiest. Go up to about 35 PSI. Next I would have the car aligned. The alignment from the factory won't wear the tires but it is seldom good enough for performance driving. If you have under 7,500 miles on your car complain to the dealer and they will probably do it free. Ask for a GM Master Tech to do it. If you dealer does not have a Master find one that does.
