[Z06] Question for Z06 owners -

Question for Z06 owners -
I just purchased a new 2003 Z06. In the owners manual there is a Z06 tire guage and a space for something else (like a pen). Does anyone know what goes in the other space? Did anything come with yours? :confused:

Yeah, it was a pen. Some of the Corvette Accessory vendors listed here carry replacement sets but not sure if they stock just the pen. You may want to email a few of them. Good luck and congrats on the car; welcome aboard!! :cheers:

Thank you for the replies. I thought a pen should be there. The dealer is telling me they did not come with one. Does your pen say "Z06" like the tire gauge?

I know this is a minor detail. I did call GM Customer Service, who forwarded it back to the dealer. I just didn't appreciate the dealer blowing it off by telling me it didn't come with a pen. I consider it as a 50th anniversary collector item.

I'd return the car without the tire gauge. OK maybe not. I've heard the pen doesn't write that well in block letters, but when it comes to writing cursive, WATCH OUT!

You gotta get the pen... I dont show my car without it.. seriously.. the shows I go to look for things like that... :yesnod: wasnt there a small flashlight in there too... I know there was on my 98

I think with the Z06, they replace the flashlight with the tire gauge.
