x1 cam
getting an x-1 cam installed on monday at mti, along with ls1 edit what do you guys think i should expect? drivability? idle? specs r 230 227 .591 .571 and 112

I have the MTI X1 in my '01 Z06 along with Stage 2 heads, stainless headers, cats, X-pipe, Stingers, CAI, pulley: 430rwHP/400rwTQ.
Lopey at idle, rarely obnoxious even in bumper-to-bumper traffic. I've put about 8k miles on it so far with no regrets Good luck!
Just noticed you're in Sugarland - I'm next door in Mo city. Email me if you want - maybe we can meet up this weekend if you want to hear/feel it for yourself.

I've had the X1 in my car for over a year. Car has stock heads.
My other mods are asp pulley, stainless works lt's, catted 3" xpipe and borla catback. Car dynos SAE 410/393rwtq.
Best et 11.40 at 120 in about +1000 da feet at HRP. Best 1/8 mph is 97.3mph. I do not powershift, this is lift shifting. The car also has stock 3.42 gearing.
It took me 3 different shops to get the car tuned correctly. The a/f is at 13.1 now. The final tune was by Chris Robinson up here in DFW area. BTW, the car just passed emmisions here in Irving, Tx. They didn't need to sniff it, it passed by not having any codes tripped.
