I'm sure it's the Bose emblem. Put a finger on the emblem when you hear it rattling. I squirted a shot of superglue behind my emblems, and it's been rattle free for over a year.

I had the same problem, also had some rattling from the plastic cover right below the rear window. I glued the emblems and it took care of the problem and then put some foam squares on the backside of the plastic crossmember and that fixed the rattling from it too. Of course, I have two 10" subs back there, so that was part of the problem too.

I have the same frustrating problem!!!! The corvette action center does NOT have a fix. Anyone have any suggestions? Mine sounds like it is in the door panel...

I believe there is a TSB and saw it on this forum once.
Includes velcro-ing the door panel clips and wrapping the stryofoam in felt...plus 10 or so other items.

It's not the Bose emblem, any rate. My drivers' door buzzes like crazy at high volume, and I've got the non-Bose (no emblem on the grilles) system.

I took out the bose and put in diamond audio speakers 6 1/2'' 3'' 1'' with a 400x4 rockford fosgate amp and they get great bass and no rattles from door, or at least you cant hear them.
