new Z06 guy
Hi guys. I'm over from the C4 Forums. My 93 went down the road Saturday on a flatbed. I traded it for a black 2001 Z06 w/12k miles. I was only able to get in about 20 miles before the snow returned, but YEEEHAAW! What a kick in the pants! I'll be around, and I hope you can give me some advice from time to time. It's GREAT to be a Z pilot!

Congrats and keep an eye on that oil level as 01 Z06's were notorious for oil consumption.

Re: new Z06 guy (Corvette SSX)
I knew that 01 had a few bugs, but I'll do what ever it takes to keep this gem full of everything it needs. I'll check the oil a lot. Thanks!

I did the same thing... except my 93 was driven down the road by its new owner, not flatbedded.
The Z is quite the kick in the pants. :steering:
