[Z06] Rear Tires - Max Width ?

Rear Tires - Max Width ?
Planning to add a supercharger to the Z06 this summer but I need some cool wheels (CCW split spokes) and tires now that will help me hook up with S/C later.
So, please reccomend tires by SIZE and BRAND. Whats the widest size/brand I can mount without tubbing the rear. Car will not be run on the 1/4 mile. Mostly street use, not daily driver, some track events. :cheers:

I am running 305's - no tubs - no rubs.
John at CCW will tell you the specifics for his wheels on your car -
I chose the Pirellis because of the cool look of them - purely my opinion.
I can't say that they hook any better though...

Just spoke with John @ CCW yesterday.
Max you can run on the rears are 335/30/18 on 18" rims and you have to remove the brake cooling duct on Z's.
This also depends on how much you have lowered it as well too as the camber also effects the size you can run.
Z's have a clearance issue with height and I was told that if I wanted to go with 19" I could run 345's.
All the above is based on 11-1/2" rims.
