Well, I have had other cars do it because I build hot rods alot. After reading the specs on the cam I'm not too surprised I guess.
Z06 has 0.550" lift cam
High lift cam + High revs = Beefy valve springs
Beefy valve springs + Hydraulic lifters + 5w-30 oil = lifter oil bleedoff when oil is hot and revs are low
oil bleedoff = ticking valve train (mainly rocker arms clicking)
In summary, nothing to really worry about unless it starts doing it ALL the time (even when the car is first started when cold) and it keeps getting louder.
